"Dionicio Rodriguez came to San Antonio in the mid 1920's from Mexico to work on projects at Mira Flores, Dr. Aureliano Urrutia's estate. Rodriguez had learned the craft of sculpting and staining concrete, which he called "trabajo rustico" in Mexico."
